Panel & Design: How does it feel to be at the 1st ever edition of KOLKATAWOOD in East India?
Yuvaraj Talele: It feels fantastic to be here at the very first KolkataWood. This exhibition is a big step for the East Indian woodworking market, and we’re excited to connect with local businesses and craftsmen. For us, it’s about listening to their challenges and showing how Mozaik can help simplify production and make their work more efficient.

Panel & Design: What are you showcasing here at KolkataWood?
Yuvaraj Talele: We’re showcasing the full Mozaik Software solution — from cabinet and closet design to CNC and nesting solutions. The idea is to show how a workshop can go from design straight to production with zero errors. We’re also highlighting features like Auto Labeling and Rendering, which not only improve accuracy on the shop floor but also help businesses present designs beautifully to their customers

Panel & Design: What are the special products you have for the East Indian market?
Yuvaraj Talele: The East Indian market is growing quickly, especially in modular furniture. So, we’re focusing on software tools that are easy to learn, affordable, and practical for both small workshops and larger factories. Features like Dowel/Minifix construction and nesting optimization are very useful here — they save time, reduce errors, and help businesses move away from manual methods.

Panel & Design: Tell us about your growth plans for 2025 and 26?

Yuvaraj Talele: Our main focus over the next two years is to expand our presence in India, with more training and support for customers in regions. We’re also working on tighter integrations with CNC machines and adding features that match Indian hardware and design needs. The goal is simple — make it easier for workshops of any size to adopt technology and grow their business.

Panel & Design: In 2025, sustainability isn’t just a trend — it’s a responsibility. Tell us how you support circular manufacturing?

Yuvaraj Talele: We completely agree — sustainability is no longer optional. Mozaik helps manufacturers use materials more efficiently with advanced nesting, which means less waste from every sheet. Our modular construction features also allow furniture to be reused and repurposed, supporting circular manufacturing. In short, we’re helping manufacturers become more productive
