Vollmer Japan is happy to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The Japanese subsidiary of Vollmer Group successfully completes a quarter of precision, innovation and partnership with customers in the state. A milestone that should be celebrated completed with huge participation of industry professionals, customers and experts.
Based in Ageo, around 40kilometres north of Tokyo, the brand has focussed on offering uncompromising assistance to the customers. In 2022 the headquarters of the company was shifted to the Ageo centre and this modern outlet offered spacious showroom a perfect way of exploring different Vollmer machines. At the new centre the customers can witness the latest technologies live, also test the mechanism and receive consultation as and when needed. The new outlet emerged as a perfect destination for machine exploration for the Japanese clientele. Vollmer Group initially had their unit at Saitama City for several years before shifting to the larger site in Ageo, and this relocation assisted in expanding the business with bigger and better capacities in services, customer support and training.
Besides, expansion to Ageo showroom, Vollmer Japan further expanded its operation in March 2025 with a brand-new service hub in Nagoya. The outlet is specifically developed to provide assistance to customers in western Japan with fast technical support, training as well as spare part supply. And with this new site, Vollmer successfully strengthened its nationwide presence as well as ensures optimal service coverage in different regions.
In order to celebrate the anniversary of the brand in Japan, Vollmer Group welcomed around 115 guests to the grand event. Industry personnel, guests and customers along with the Vollmer team came together to look back on 25years and share positive words on seamless growth, technological progress as well as close customer relationships.
The event was graced by the inspiring speeches by Carl Moser, Managing Director of Vollmer Japan, and Tobias Trautmann, Managing Director of the Vollmer Group. Jointly they emphasised the importance of trust, continuity and innovation as the foundation of the company’s successful development.
